The drive to Sanqallee Wildlife Sanctuary takes about 5-6 hours, covering a distance of approximately 304 kilometers along the scenic road from Shashamanne to Arba Minch. -11:00 AM: Arrive at Sanqallee Wildlife Sanctuary. After a brief orientation at the entrance, start your exploration with a guided tour. Your guide will provide insights into the sanctuary's history, flora, and fauna. -11:30 AM: Begin your wildlife tour by driving to areas where you can spot **Swayne's Hartebeest**, Ethiopia’s endemic and endangered antelope. Observe these majestic creatures in their natural habitat and learn about the conservation efforts in place to protect them. Late Morning: Wildlife and Birdwatching -12:00 PM: Continue your exploration to spot other notable mammals such as Oribi, Warthog, Bohor Reedbuck, and Cheetah.
